Our mission
The Oregon Accountability Project seeks to make government decision-making easier to examine through clear timelines, verifiable records, and fair presentation of unresolved questions. The project is independent and is not affiliated with the State of Oregon.
Document the facts
Separate source-supported events from allegations, opinions, and matters still in dispute.
Follow the records
Track public-records requests, agency responses, and outstanding questions.
Invite scrutiny
Encourage lawful, informed public oversight without personal attacks.

Evidence and source documents
Documents are not yet available for public download. Future releases will identify document dates, issuing agencies, context, and redactions. Personal medical details, private contact information, privileged material, and confidential mediation content will not be published.
Contact and corrections
A dedicated contact channel is being configured. Until then, this site does not accept submissions. If a factual error is identified, a corrections process will be made available before the document archive opens.
For urgent safety issues, contact the appropriate public authorities rather than relying on this website.
